I am looking for a stroller cover for my full size Graco Quattro. My key criteria are 1) Length: Must cover feet/toes of a 3-4 year infant seated in the stroller (and preferably the basket from the back), 2) Have netting for ventilation. U/V protection would be nice My budget is $15 or so.
